The G-Spot is an area of increased sensitivity
found inside a woman that will arouse her to unbelievable heights
of sexual ecstasy. All you have to do is stimulate this area.
Named after a German gynaecologist and
obstetrician called Ernst Grafenberg, he discovered an internal
erogenous zone located on the front wall of the vagina that would
swell during sexual stimulation. Not all women notice any
difference when it is stimulated while others dislike the
sensation. Do not be discouraged if you can't find your own, or
your partner’s.
During deep vagina stimulation, the area that is
about the size of a pea swells and can be enlarged to the size of
a walnut. When it enlarges, it presses on the same nerves that
signal a full bladder. Some women will “ejacuate” a clear liquid
similar to that of the male prostate gland.
However, the feeling goes away and is replaced by pleasurable
sensations. That's all there is to it. While some women can orgasm
from stimulation to the G-spot, others say it increases the
strength of their orgasms or allows them to be multi-orgasmic. Its
best to experiment, and see what feels good to you or your
partner.
Finding the G-Spot
The easiest way to find the G-spot is in a squat
position or sits position as compared to lying down. First
stimulation to the G-spot feels like a need to urinate when this
area is stimulated. If trying to locate your G-spot for the first
time, try emptying your bladder first. It is easier if the woman
is aroused first before trying to locate the G-spot as this area
cannot be distinguished unless it has experienced an arousal. The
female G-spot is found along the upper front wall of the vagina,
about two inches (5cm) in, towards the stomach.
To locate it, simply insert a couple of fingers
and crook them up then make a motion like "come hither". The
following steps are written for self-exploration, but can be
modified for use with a partner.
Here's How:
- Relax and have fun.
- Use lubricant if vaginal fluid is
insufficient
- Masturbate the usual way
- Insert one or two fingers into the vagina.
- Crook your fingers up towards the belly.
- Make a "come hither" motion
- Press firmly against the roof of the vagina
about one-third of the way.
- Continue stimulating this area and you should
feel a small lump that increases in size
- Combine with clitoral stimulation if desired
If you are hitting the right spot, you may feel
the need to urinate. This is because as the G Spot swells it
presses against the urethra. This sensation will usually pass.
There are some sex positions in which the penis
stimulates the G-spot. Rear entry is best, especially with the man
on top and a pillow beneath the woman’s hips so that the penis
presses against the frontal vaginal wall.
The female G-spot is simply one more pleasant
place to stimulate in some women. And it does not always work this
way to arouse a woman to have an orgasm. It differs from woman to
woman.
In women, this highly erogenous spot is called the G-spot while in
men, it’s analogous to the male prostate. The experts believed
that in a human embryo, certain cells will develop a certain way
if the child is female and another way if the child turns out to
be male. Because it is an area that engorges with stimulation, it
is very hard to locate in autopsy studies and some medical
authorities claim that it doesn't exist.
The Male G-Spot
The male G-spot is identified as the prostate
gland which has an organic finction to produce secretion to help
transport the sperms into the vagina during intercourse.
Apparently, stimulation of the prostate during of before sex can
cause an extremely intense orgasm. It results an ejaculation that
flows in a gentle stream rather then in spurts.
If locating the female G-spot is hard, the male
G-spot is even more difficult to find. The only way for a man to
locate this is to feel an internal gland through his anus.
- Finding The Prostate Gland
- Lie on your back with knees bent and feet
flat on the floor
- Draw knees close to the chest
- Insert a thumb into the anus
- Press against the front wall of the anus
The prostate gland feels like a firm mass about
the size of a walnut and when aroused, the man will experience
feelings of intense sexual excitement.
